Based on Western ingredients and streamlined Eastern techniques, Asian fusion is one of the most inventive and popular styles of cooking today. Inspired, adventurous and absolutely delicious, we’ll learn some recipes that characterise this exciting movement in cooking and discuss some of the best restaurants to sample Asian fusion cuisine in London.

Some of the dishes we’ll learn include:

Asian-style cured salmon gravlax with chili creme fraiche
Chicken and coconut steamed ‘siu mai’ dumplings
Rack of lamb with Szechuan pepper spice paste
Chai-spiced creme brulee
