Authentic Thai Food - 2 Part Class
Thai cuisine is one of Londoners’ favourites to enjoy when going out, yet many find it hard to recreate the fresh and aromatic flavours of Thai food at home.
In this 2-part class we’ll learn about classic Thai ingredients such as galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil and use them to create some deliciously authentic Thai recipes that you’ll be eager to make at home.
We’ll also learn about the best places in London to shop for Thai ingredients.

Tom Kha Khai (Fragrant Chicken and Coconut Soup)
Minced Chicken Salad in Wild Betel Leaf Wraps
Green Curry with Prawns and Snake Beans
Masaman Curry with Beef and Sweet Potato
Stir-Fried Chicken with Thai Basil
Steamed Coconut Rice
This is a 2-part class taking place on the evenings of Tuesday Sept 29th AND Wednesday Sept 30th
