	&lt;p&gt;In this class, we&amp;#8217;ll smell and taste some of the spices and ingredients that make Turkish cooking so unique, and prepare some exciting dishes that you&amp;#8217;ll want to make at home for your own Ottoman feast!&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;&lt;strong&gt;Some of the dishes we&amp;#8217;ll learn include:&lt;/strong&gt;&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;Carrot and pistachio fritters with chili yoghurt sauce&lt;br /&gt;Cheese and spiced apricot phyllo &amp;#8216;cigars&amp;#8217;&lt;br /&gt;Marinated sirloin kebabs with burnt tomato and chili sauce&lt;br /&gt;Firik (smoked green wheat) pilaf&lt;br /&gt;Yoghurt-tahini pudding with sour cherries and grape molasses&lt;/p&gt;


	&lt;p&gt;We&amp;#8217;ll finish the evening by grinding and brewing our own Turkish coffees.&lt;/p&gt;</body-html>
