With such an abundance of fresh and seasonal produce on our doorsteps, it’s never been easier and more fun to be vegetarian.
This class draws on the cuisines of Europe and Asia to show you some delicious vegetarian dishes that look stunning, taste delicious and will appeal to even non-vegetarians.
Some of the dishes we’ll learn include:
Shaved Fennel, Watercress and Orange Salad with Almonds
Roast Broccoli Salad with Olives, Ricotta and Mint
Pizza with Potatoes, Radicchio, Gorgonzola and Rosemary
Balinese Yellow Curry with Pumpkin
