One of the world’s most ancient and inventive cuisines, the food of Mexico is renowned for its bold luscious flavours, cooling salsas and crisp handmade tortillas.

In this class we’ll learn about and use some typical Mexican ingredients like tomatillos, epazote and pumpkin seeds to create some delicious and authentic Mexican dishes.

Some of the dishes we’ll learn include:

Chicken en Pipian Verde (a delicious sauce made from tomatillos, pumpkin seeds and radish leaves)
Baja Style Fish Tacos
The Best Guacamole Ever
Homemade Corn and Flour Tortillas
Fried Plantains with Goat’s Milk Toffee

In the unlikely event that we cancel a class, you will be given either a full refund or the option to re-book onto another course of a similar price.
