Flavours of Morocco
An aromatic and exotic combination of hot, spicy, sweet and fruity, Moroccan cuisine is one of the most delicious, elegant and resourceful in Africa.
In this class we’ll learn about traditional Moroccan ingredients including argan oil, preserved lemons, harissa paste and flower blossom essences and create some delicious recipes that you can easily recreate in your own kitchen.
Some of the dishes we’ll learn include:
Honey, Almond and Argan Oil Dip (Amlou)
Scallops with Chermoula Relish
Chicken, Olive and Sweet Potato Tagine
Couscous with Dried Fruit and Nuts
We’ll finish the evening by brewing a traditional Moroccan mint tea.
