£85.00

Making homemade pasta is a craft that requires a little patience but is extremely rewarding. In this class, we’ll learn how to make pasta the old-fashioned way without any special tools or equipment.

We’ll talk about the types of flour to use when making pasta and use a variety of tools including pastry wheels, forks and thumbs to create a range of shapes and varieties of pasta.

Finally, we’ll make a few sauces to pair with our pasta creations with and have a pasta feast!

Some of the recipes we’ll learn include:

Chestnut Flour Gnocchi with Pancetta and Sage
Spinach and Ricotta Ravioli Gnudi with Porcini Foam
Orecchiette with Turnip Tops, Chili and Anchovies
Pistachio Biscotti

Note if you are vegetarian but would like to attend this class let us know in advance and we can omit the non-vegetarian ingredients from the sauces for you.
