With its endless varieties and well known health benefits, its no wonder that fish is becoming such a popular choice on our dinner tables.

In this class, we’ll learn the basics about how to choose the freshest fish, including techniques on storing and handling. Then we’ll prepare a number of fast and delicious fish dishes. Fish is truly the new ‘meal in minutes’.

Some of the dishes we’ll learn include:

Spiced Sea Bass Fillets on Wilted Spinach with Skordalia
Baked Whole Mackerel rubbed with Lemongrass Paste
Seared Tuna with Lemon-Oregano Salmoriglio
Roast Halibut with Salsa Verde and Buttermilk Mash
