With broad stretches of coastline and a rich heritage of fishing, Indian cuisine has a fantastic range of seafood and fish dishes that are easy to make and sublimely aromatic.

We’ll apply some traditional Indian spice mixtures including black pepper, red chilies, cumin, coriander and tamarind along with fresh turmeric and curry leaves to create some delicious Indian fish and seafood meals that you’ll want to make again and again.

Some of the dishes we’ll learn include:

Yoghurt Spiced Prawns with Coconut Chutney
Rich Lobster Curry with Tamarind and Ginger
South Indian Prawn and Potato Curry
Flatbreads with Nigella Seeds
