In this hands-on class, we’ll go through how to select, use, and sharpen the most important tool in your kitchen: the knife! We will practise various cutting techniques essential for building the confidence needed to slice, dice and mince with ease as we prepare a delicious three course meal.
As a special bonus, each participant will also receive their own chef’s knife to take home with them to practice with!
