If you love the fresh, bold flavours of Mexico and are a fish and seafood lover, then this is the perfect class for you! In this session we’ll learn about some classic Mexican ingredients like tomatillos, dried chilies, pumpkin seeds and citrus and pair them with the freshest fish and seafood we can lay our hands on to make some fantastic recipes that you’ll be eager to make again at home.

Crab cakes with Tomatillo-Avocado Salsa
Whole Roast Snapper with Chipotle Mayonnaise
Seared Scallops with Toasted Pumpkin Seed Salsa
Tuna Ceviche with Tangerine and Mango Pico de Gallo
