Spanish Seafood and Fish Tapas

Tapas are a perfect way to share small portions of delicious and flavourful dishes amongst family and friends. This class will teach you how to create a selection of classic Spanish seafood and fish tapas for your next dinner party.
We’ll learn about and taste some typical Spanish ingredients including saffron, smoked paprika, chorizo, Nora chilies and Marcona almonds.
Some of the dishes we’ll learn include:
Baby Clams with Fennel and Sherry
Prawns in the Shell in Romesco Sauce
Halibut with Chorizo Braised Butter Beans
Catalan Style Bruschetta with Mojama (A Delicious Wind Dried Tuna)
If you would like to attend this class but do not eat red meat, let us know in advance and we can easily omit the chorizo from any recipes for you.
