Cooking with Spices

Come and join us for this special class where we’ll learn how to make some contemporary and exotic recipes using spices.
We’ll talk about how to create and grind your own spice blends and open your eyes and palates to using spices effectively and creatively.
Some of the dishes we’ll learn include:
Egyptian Dukkah with Flatbreads
Indian Spice Roast Prawns with Garam Masala and Coconut Chutney
Yemeni Roast Fish with Hawaj and Tahini Honey Paste
Chinese Five Spice Doughnuts
