Thai cuisine is one of the most extensive in its use of fish and seafood in the world, and is much loved for its fresh and aromatic preparations. In this class we’ll learn about classic Thai ingredients such as galangal, lemongrass, kaffir lime leaves and Thai basil and use them to create some delicious, elegant and easy to prepare Thai recipes.

Some of the recipes we’ll learn include:

Spicy Coconut Soup with Scallops
Thai Fish and Crab Cakes
Steamed Mussels with Thai Basil and Nahm Jim
Monkfish with Coconut and Herb Chutney
